I OFTEN FEEL SELFISH WHEN TRYING TO PUT MYSELF FIRST.

I often feel selfish when trying to put myself first.

GOD:  For what is this journey of life if you are not prepared to travel it? How many opportunities and magical moments have you missed because you were too afraid of hurting someone, anyone except yourself? There are many miles of road and rays of sunlight and stardust ahead for you. Never should you wonder where your head will rest or where your soul will be safe. For I am always there, always watching over you, forever waiting for you to lay down your guard and ask me to answer your prayer.  Ask me to decide for you if you cannot choose or to see for you if you are blind. There is wisdom in the saying, “Whatsoever you have done to others has been done to you.”

Your karmic debt is but the measure of your guilt load. Your guilt load is too heavy for you to carry thus you are not able to act fearlessly in present time. For you put others before yourself in as much as you worry more about others than yourself. Yet there is no one else and guilt is not real. Give to yourself now, treat yourself well and watch your inner lotus-being, begin to flower. Your heart has laboured for a very long time and it would serve you now to relate only to those who do not frighten you. You must feel safe at this time in your life for so much is at stake. Be warm and watchful toward the parts of your body that play against you and ask yourself why you hate yourself so much that you would constantly use your body as your battleground.

Always in your own body can you find a reason to hate and feel lacking. You bring all of your guilt and shame to the surface when you relate to your body. Please relate to it kindly. Find more activities to enjoy and build strength, for you are still punishing your body by ingesting foods that are poison. Where did you lose this piece of your soul? What is the insidious guilt that controls you where sweetness is concerned? Where did you lose your sweetness? Why do you not laugh and play anymore – or is your heart as heavy as your body feels?

When you ingest poison I ask you to consider the child within who is starving. Who is she? It is time to find that missing girl and ask her what she needs. Ask her to forgive you for starving her. For whenever your innocent child arises, you weaken and starve her through eating the foods that you know will harm you. It is time to stop and commit to her well being.

But also will these poisons pad those parts of you that you are afraid to uncover. Why are you hiding the woman you have always said you wanted to be? Why do you sabotage? Where is your weakness in this regard? Stop now and let your beautiful one emerge.

IS THERE AN END TO SUFFERING ON LIFE'S PATH?

Is there an end to suffering on life’s path?

GOD: To what end does a weary traveler seek the truths of his journey if not to arrive at his destination?  To what end has he been honed, tried, tested and refined if not to arrive at a place of rest?  I say there is no end, and this may cause unrest in the mind.  It is meant to bring comfort; for the true meaning of a journey is that there is no end to potential and joy, which may be found from it.  Be comforted even though ego may say this means there is no end to suffering as when did I ask suffering be carried alone?  Cast it down and let me carry it.  Have I not always said I would ease weary minds by shouldering burdens?  Yet still they are hung onto for these heavy stories have become your identity.  The real truth of your identity is the truth about who I am, which is LOVE.  Why choose a heavy burden instead of the Light Path?  Man clings to stories and toys displaying them to the world like trophies on a shelf.  He shouts, “See this one and understand what it means about me or that one. How great am I to possess it!”

I say, “Seek not things for personal definition as there will always be a new and greater “thing”.”  You are defined by me and then further refined by the path YOU choose to walk along. Your path demonstrates you, but still means nothing about you.  How can the unexplainable be explained?

I would ask you to lie down illusions, impressions and opinions for here will they make sense. Practice faith - then leave the lesson behind.  For after decades does the load not become too heavy for you?  You use a bridge to cross an obstacle but you do not take the bridge with you.

Man’s hardest lesson is learning to let go and surrender all to me.  For as long as you choose to carry your burdens they will become the shield or armour you believe will protect you from attack.  Yet I have continuously reminded you that an attack from anyone is but an illusion.  But you struggle under this weight until you come to wonder why life is so hard.  It is not hard once destructive thoughts and armour are surrendered to me.  Truly all that attacks you on this plane, are your own thoughts and battles that you project onto your brothers.  They are not here to attack you but to reflect back and teach you where your hurts, woes and disillusionments are buried.  This reveals all your ego’s insane creations. They must be broken down one by one and left behind.  Only take the learning and leave behind the pain, heaviness, anger, blame, and judgment.  Through my hands and eyes it will feel weightless and the veil will be lifted.

WHAT ABOUT THE HEALTH OF THE HUMAN BODY?

What about the health of the human body in general?

GOD:  Your lessons with me have progressed to the point where you understand that your mind creates your body. So which mind do you wish to create your body, your ego mind or Mine, for I created you. Still must you understand that your mind creates every level of every response from your body.  Your inner vision is often clouded and under immense pressure. At times it is all you can do to cope with demands of man’s society. Many of the images that would give you courage and strength are crushed and fractured within your mind and the answers I give you are buried under these folds in your mind’s fabric.

I wait for you to come to the place of trust in me regarding my wish to nurture you. While your mind knows this, still your heart does not trust in me. You know me, but you do not allow yourself to completely surrender into love for me, for always have I known and loved you. I understand the excruciating weight that you carry and I urge you to physically strengthen your body for this is the last wall of your mind. Your body appears as your wall, yet your wall is really your mind. Break free from this and watch your wall disintegrate. Your mind is under constant pressure from your thoughts, you fear being crushed yet you crush yourself constantly with every negative though that you generate.

It would be of able for you to remember, that the programming of the whole is determined by the parts that make up the whole. Consider that you are not a body that can be broken down into fragments, but fragments that have generated themselves into being.  These fragments are consciousness and the infinite awareness of a soul that seeks to experience the world and be in communion with me. Everything beautiful, peaceful, loving and majestic exists for you to experience in relationship with me. If your experiences are driven by fear, lack, worry and pain then they are driven by you – not by me. Step aside then for thus can circumstances be set into order by the true master – and the true master is me, your true body is a ship with me at the helm.

In asking you to relinquish your ego I ask not for you to relinquish control for control does not exist. Therefore I ask that you give up the illusion and only that. Be centered upon yourself for your-self is God. Listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit and take comfort in the words spoken from the heart of God. Mankind only struggles with the concept of God because man has made me in his image – cruel, impatient, punitive, judgemental, and a place of consequence instead of a haven of refuge. Remember the truth, that I made you in my image and do not forget that this image is the face of Love.

I THINK I INVEST A LOT OF ENERGY PROTECTING MYSELF

 I think I invest a lot of energy protecting myself.

GOD:   Man is growing ever impatient for gratification and reward. No longer does he pause in the waiting period, the period where lessons are learned and the impatience felt is viewed as a welcome teacher for the next principle to be understood and integrated.

           Always are you judging that any emotion you feel is the wrong one. Your mind leaps into the future to escape the anxiety of your present moment. For if you are experiencing the “wrong emotion”, you will fear punishment by the one your ego holds in fear over you. It is sad that this one it would have you fear  – is Me.  The ego is in terror of present time. For present time is all there is and in its embrace lies not punishment or breakdown – but breakthrough and healing. Only in your Holy Instant do I have a moment of opportunity, that breathless pause in which you might choose for Me. 
             Learn to feel compassion for the inner child who waits for you behind your ego’s prison bars. The ego would have you believe that you would die if I found you; that you would be punished for making a mistake.  Thus I would say to you – this is the greatest hold the ego has over you.  As long as you believe this insanity you will continue to hire the ego to protect you from an illusion.

Yet through this insane illusion do I forever knock gently on the door of your heart and ask you to remember me, remember US. Your spirit self symbolizes the Grace of God that the ego hides from you. Why would you hire the kidnapper to safeguard the very child that they stole? How insane is it to trust the criminal who has kidnapped and abused your child to protect that child from harm? This is the insanity of the ego.

           If your God Self were set free, you could welcome your precious child back into your family. You see the craziness of the situation yet do you continue to dwell in it. When will you realize that the bodyguard you hired to protect your soul IS the very enemy that would harm you? Test her wings in a safe place . And do not be anxious for her. If she falls, I will catch her.

A thought for today?


God: The mind of man is never still. The most useful information is not contrived but is inspired. Only when your mind is devoid of thought can my voice come through. This is the information that my comforter would give you. The comforter is the Holy Spirit, my messenger. It is the voice of peace, of love and of answers to the deep painful questions that cut into the heart and mind like jagged edges of rock. The ego would have you seek the jagged places in which to dwell. The ego mind is in a perpetual state of agitation and it would not have you realize this, thus its desire to hide until it becomes accepted by your mind. As the heavy rain gouges into the stream bed, so does the pathway of negative emotional response become etched into the landscape of your mind. It becomes familiar therefore surely it must be safe.


Yet at no time does it occur to you that this habitual pattern is a one-way trip to hell. If you would only seek the light-path in your mind, for here reality and truth, resides. Travel my path and you will find the pause between breathing in and breathing out. In that moment can you decide for peace, instead of reaction.


Your race is exhausted for you are constantly destroying the peaceful places on your planet. In your need to seek information in every moment you have saturated the world around you with microwaves and radio waves until the mind has no rest. Your mind is a holographic data base in which images are photographed and data is stored in the matrix that suspends you within its crystal grid. Your memories are stored not in your brain or skull, but in this plasma network of liquid, living light. Your thoughts are stored in this holographic grid which is beyond the boundaries of the mind.


How can this knowledge impact your everyday state of mind? The responsibility is enormous. As you walk away from the places where you conceived fearful and angry thoughts, you leave their resonance hanging there for others to absorb. Like a disturbing painting it will negatively impact. You have created all manner of ways to make you separate from your brother yet you choose not to see that ALL thoughts are shared and none are benign. Think in fear and anger and thus do you add to the distress and destruction of this planet. Seek to create peace by fighting war, and you only bring more war energy to the planet.


You would strive for “world peace” yet you will not acknowledge that you perpetrate war through your harsh judgments. The battle is in your mind and you are projecting it outside of yourself into the world that you see, but cannot see that you have created. You will have “world peace” when your mind is peaceful. Angry thoughts are just as damaging as radiation leaks from an atomic reactor. They are energetic arrows that pierce through the energy fields of all who are near. As you are the author of your world – your world will cease its relentless path of destruction when you stop your mind from thinking destructive thoughts.


Harness your mind and truly you have harnessed the power of the universe. Cease the war within your own mind and you will stop projecting it onto your brother. Only then shall you have the elusive “world peace” that you all seek.

HOW CAN I STAY PRESENT WHEN THE PAST SEEMS TO KEEP RECURRING?

“How can I stay present when the past seems to keep recurring?”


GOD:
Memories keep throwing up meaningless images, which the ego uses to provide evidence of pain. The belief in pain and separation occurs in ego mind. Ego’s goal is to constantly return to the past and dwell in personal hell. It recalls being a victim in the world’s clutches and will defend itself to your death. It would not have you see that you create this insane world to hide from my sight and avoid punishment. Yet do I stand patiently knocking at your heart’s door, asking that my child choose sanity.


If this world is undesirable look through my eyes and see the world differently. Should current thoughts disturb you, ask my Holy Spirit to create new ones. The ego’s home resides in the frontal lobe or conscious area of the brain and it can be hard to escape the thoughts or images stored there. To be open-minded the mind must be open, to expand consciousness the mind must expand. If time does not exist, and there is only the present moment, then what is the past but a constructed image of something nonexistent? When you are in your thoughts, you are not in present time and thus you are unable to feel the truth or heal. The realm of present time is in feelings, which the ego would lie to you about.


Feelings cannot be analyzed, interpreted or explained but their energy can be moved through your body and released. The ego would hold you hostage and trade your brilliant light for death. Raised in the presence of many unspoken thoughts, unexpressed feelings and bargains, your mother allowed her hopes and dreams to be dashed by selling a piece of her soul for survival and approval. This bought peace and ensured the family would not be cast out but her soul’s belief was, “Why have you forsaken me, sacrificing hopes and truth for approval?” Her anger and frustration wanted answers but instead she kept quiet for fear of confrontation.


The ego would have your mother’s path and belief system to influence your reality. Since your mother’s paradigm was in the past and time is only now, you are living in an illusion. See the truth of what your mother appeared to do, what she gave up and how only the love she demonstrated was real. Grieve and emote long repressed feelings as to relinquish these is to give up control. I will carry and transform this burden if you would only ask my help in showing you that it’s not real.


Remember that to speak about your feelings on this is to remember them from your past. When you express emotions of anger, sadness etc., you are in present time. But when you are merely talking about them or thinking about them, you are in the past - remembering. Let the mind go so as to feel and express the stuck energy, but do not judge them, simple observe them. Be here NOW where I can find you - for the past would belong to your ego. In the present I can provide miracles.

WHAT IS THE ISSUE AROUND OUR THIRD EYE VISION?

“What is the issue around my third eye?”

GOD:

        The 3rd eye represents the final barrier you feel you must cross. For years you’ve stood at this wall waiting for the perfect circumstance to provide an opening. This is how your fear-based mind has fooled you, for there is no RIGHT time to find it, there is only THIS moment and in truth there is NO wall. Only your ego mind would seek to convince you to wait for a better time, for in healing is the ego annihilated. Only the present moment is of value to God. In seeking another moment to be better than the one God has provided, you throw back his gift.

        The concept of liberation is frightening to ego for the ego’s sovereignty lies in your ignorance. That, which you want, is precisely what ego would have you be afraid of. Ego seeks to delay gratification, which creates an endless loop of suffering. You seek to seize the moment yet are afraid of the reward for doing so as ego would have you feel guilty for achieving it. This loop is the final barrier. You are convinced that safety lies in avoiding this barrier - that letting it be insures safety. This is just another ego mind illusion. When children suffer, I send the comforter to help them - so be aware of the angels I have sent. Look for messengers I send who would help you. Where is it written that you must do this alone?

        There is no separation between you and these divine helpers other than ego. Those I would send to help you will not judge you. There is no need to heal alone as I do not wish this. This is where ego would offer safety by ensuring you never trust anyone’s help, thus in your aloneness will you suffer.

        This barrier you hide behind does not serve or protect, but your ego would keep you ignorant of this. Trust I have gifted you with ability to see through spirit. Therefore if an image is not one of peace, it comes not from me.

        Ego would convince you that the gift of vision will only bring more responsibility than can be safely handled. Upon changing your mind and being willing to truly see, how then could you speak of what you saw? Here is where you must trust that images I reveal to you are innocent of judgement. Your past perceived mistakes would not be visible within these images, for now you are defining them through my eyes.

        I ask you not to judge, explain or be accountable for what I would have you see. I ask only that you look into this realm and allow my interpretations to speak through you.

What are our next levels in performance, integrity, and awareness?


GOD:


There is greater perception now as your eyes are more open. Everyone comes with an original blueprint and as lines within them are untangling, a greater awareness is unfolding causing movement towards your preordained path. You are also noticing a higher frequency of transmissions occurrences as I seek to communicate with you more fully.


Mankind is finally awakening from a deep and disturbed sleep. I wish your deliverance from such a nightmare had already happened. However the realization of it only being a dream has not become apparent to you yet. In your sleep, there is an awareness of dreaming, yet very soon you will all become conscious of the fact that even while you are awake, you are still lost in a dream.


Man is beginning to hear the panicked cries of this planet as well as feeling consequences from breaking natural laws, which are violated or tampered with in a continual struggle for dominance, ownership and power. Yet all that I have ever asked of you is surrender, non-attachment and love towards others and yourself.


In your ignorance you have been blind to the fact that your brother IS you. A call to love your brother is a call to love yourself because all of mankind is a spiritual extension of me. Yet when you look at your brother and see his faults, you do not see that the flaws are also in YOUR image as well, so your opportunity for healing is sadly not recognized.


Distress calls are now starting to be heard and listened to and as a result mankind is coming forward for healing. In this quest for healing you will seek love. But you will not find it if you simply look for it. You must BE it, and then love magically appears. You must look inward and find the barriers you erected against love’s coming. Once you move these out of your way, you will realize the love that has always been behind them. No one has taken your love away; your ego has hidden it deeply out of your sight.

ATTACHMENT TO EXTERNAL HAPPINESS MAKES IT HARDER TO HEAR MY VOICE.

      Funny how the slightest thing can send one into a judgement or blame place, such as putting down an object of little value, leaving and returning to find it gone. You feel your ego spouting, “How dare I not control the objects of this world, how dare it not be where I left it, how dare someone take it from me?”

      How happy is the ego to give value to nothingness, if that is all it takes for you to appear to step out of heaven and into hell. For is it not the way of the world, the ego’s world, to seduce you into believing that anything outside of your God Self has any value. I say that the way of life and return to sanity that I offer you – is a required Course, A Course in Miracles.

      While this may sound arrogant to say that only the time you choose to take the Course is optional for you, why can you not see that it is spoken from a place of Higher Authority? This Higher place is looked upon by the ego as something external that is being forced upon you and it reacts with resistance and defence. The ego cannot see that the Higher Authority from which I speak is equal to yours and its only goal is to join with you and present to you your inheritance. For I say that you shall remember the truth of who you are, but it is your choice whether you remember now or on your deathbed.

      You are the Place in Heaven that you’ve shared with me for eons and yet you cannot see that you reside here with me, always have and that you only dreamt that you left home. You can choose the Now, the future, or the moment of your “perceived death” to step into Heaven and experience your Holy Instant. For at the moment of your transition you will realize that my words are the Truth.

MIRACLES HAPPEN WHEN YOU WITNESS YOUR HOLY INSTANT

I witnessed miracles when my ACIM classmates had their Holy Instant.

GOD:

The Holy Instant is my Miracle. It is a collapse in the realm of time and space and is actually the moment where I inhale, hold my breath and pause. In this moment of breathlessness, Karma stills, my Universe hovers like a thirsty hummingbird, and I wait for you to accept the nectar offered. I wait hoping for a breakthrough from ego’s chains that blind you and hope that soon you will step into the light, choose love and return home.

It requires patience in present time since I have always been the one who waits for you. I created this entire universe, this magical shifting game board, and observed how you played out the freedom of choice that I gifted you. I watch with baited breath and endless compassion - observing how you negotiate the maze that you created from it. I watch every twist and turn you make, every right turn to hell when the left turn led to me, every endless time of panic and running when my hope was that you would but pause and rest in my arms.

The maze was your ego mind’s second choice and a matrix you made real. Since it was created by man I could not illuminate the exit. I cannot see this insanity of your’s, for it is not real. What is real need not be escaped from. This maze is your mind’s projection and since I did not make it, I cannot remove it.

If you ask for my help and unconditional love, I can reveal the truth that your maze is but an illusion. It is only projections of a fearful mind created by your ego. You must not pray to me to show you the way out of your maze, but must pray for me to show you that your maze is NOT real. When I am allowed to clear your vision and you being to experience sight through my eyes, the universe collapses, time ceases and a miracle occurs. This miracle is the Son of God stepping into his true self back in Heaven. Why do you continue to choose illusion and pain, when I would allow you learning and growing through joy and laughter?

WHY DO SOME WOMEN LET RELATIONSHIPS WITH MEN DESTROY THEM?

Why do some women let relationships with men destroy them and how do we cope?
GOD:
Do you want to cope or live? What is coping? In this age, coping is an end result of false illusions that make life more demanding than you would desire or want. It is the end result of confusion in a separated mind and it is exhausting. This place provides only existence with no support for the joyful life you desire. Please step in and rectify this situation now for it is long overdue. Should women focus their fears or believed lack on men, and forget they are half man, then half of their life force energy is disowned.


For a very long time now you have asked for a different life and yet keep creating the existing one! When your relationship with your own energy system flows in synchronicity, so will your relationship with the energy of masculine and money. Thus will your life become the one you wished for.


You know that you control your life’s creation from the inside, yet do you persist in waiting for the outside to first show its support of you before you move. This is an impossible dream, as your external reality does not exist, other than as your holographic projection. Your external world exists SOLEY as a projection of your inner mind. Know only fear and you will continue to create the evidence that the world IS to be feared. I did not create a fearful world and through my strength allowed YOU to construct a world without fear. Please listen and start seeing my love demonstrated through you as the feelings of Inner Peace. This is the foundation I have laid.


There is a pliable web that moves and supports you on every level and through each facet of existence so trust it is there. I created it for you to receive information from and if its visions become unpleasant then pause for a moment and ask me to make it appear as I see it. If you do not like what is being heard pause and remember those sounds are coming through your ears. Then ask for the Holy Spirit to gently reveal the true story.


I have advised that if the world appears distasteful, remember you are the architect and you have created it without me. I seek not to treat you as mankind does. I seek not to scream upon your taking a wrong turn, hit you when you cry out in fear, humiliate you when you seek self-worth, take important pieces of you away from you or punish you for doing something wrong.


I sought instead only to provide praise for everything you’ve done. Always has the voice of man been louder than the voice The Holy Spirit. Hear me now; I see your greatness, I see what I made, I feel compassion for how the ego tortured you on that long journey where you knew not my presence. I cannot take this from you for I did not create it, you did. Unless you relinquish this fight of your own free will and let me create your world, forever will this insanity of yours, continue.


If your present world is crushing you, you have not given its burden to me. Give it to me, ask me to carry it, ask for my heart, my eyes and my ears and I will create for you the world that you were destined to have.

DO YOU HAVE A MESSAGE FOR THE CHILDREN OF GOD?

Do you have a message for The Children of God?


GOD:
You are one of the sensitive ones, those of my children who generate the light. Bask in this light now, for what a shame it would be if all the world’s doves were locked away in darkness allowing no one to hear their soft and loving calls.

There are many who need your gentle energy. I would ask you now to be trusting and reveal the power I have given you in order to lead others by example. Gently seek to find light within the darkness. So often, man rips apart the darkness like a greedy excited child who has found toys in the attic. You must approach the darkness with respect and the door will be open to you and the toys freely given. My children will remember me; I ask you to demonstrate peace and fulfillment, knowing I have and will, meet all wishes asked for. Teach others patience, as inexperienced ones grasp to take what they need believing that what is needed must be taken. For one to have the other must have not. Yet I store my true treasures within you. Remember you receive as you have asked. None of those toys of the darkness will deliver peace or joy, but only the insatiable yearning for more.


My sensitive children are healers and the cleansers of the planet. You believe the heavy burden is yours alone, yet you must realize it is everyone’s. I would gladly take all of it if you would but walk with me to the curb. All that is required is your willingness to ask, “God take this from me as you promised and carry these burdens for me.” The still light of God makes all burdens return to the realm of illusion from whence they came. Ego mind ridicules you for carrying them so long but remember that you are innocent. Would you ridicule a child for hanging onto to his security blanket until it is but a tattered square of fabric? To the child this blanket is safety, so a child is allowed to carry it until its trust of life prepares it for letting go. Your burdens are like this child’s blanket.


I created you a physical being to explore my Universe, as I cannot do it myself. Looking only through my eyes will reveal to you the beauty and splendour throughout it. A fearful mind creates sight through the eyes of past experiences, which contain pain, attack and defence. Your ego’s single goal is to protect you from me. How crazy is that? When anything is gazed upon through eyes of the Holy Spirit, then the struggling disappears, revealing only the love that was given.


Remember to keep my flame in your heart and my light in your eyes. Should the light grow dim in earthly moments, do not stumble in darkness but ask to be lifted up to see again.

THERE IS A CHANGE OR SHIFT HAPPENING. WHAT IS IT?

There is a change or shift happening. What is it?
GOD: Man has dwelt in the house of fear for too long now even though I have always said, “Fear not, for my strength shall lead thee and through mine eyes shall you see peace in the world.”

Distractions and pain however have eliminated the ability to see or hear this. Your ears have been opened, eyes aligned, faith tested and even the mind has been stilled. It is not for you to question but simply wait in the peace and beauty of each present moment. There is no past, even though it feels like there has been and only by carrying it have it been given life. Every day there are reminders of the beauty inside you and every day I send my messenger, voice of the Holy Spirit, to calm the anxious mind. There has been much fear and suffering but now as I watch you grow closer to me, I see that finally there is remembrance of who you are.


I know my presence is sensed with each passing moment. I encourage your stomach to not churn over perceived realities that cause needless suffering. It is good to draw closer and always remember that it is YOU who must draw closer, for I have never left.


I have held your magnitude and potential in a hologram of light that will keep you on course. All you have ever needed to do to claim it, is to step into it.


For many years you have hidden and in many moments have you been frozen with fear and made real the tragedy in your life. End this now. I know you feel my love, light and strength more than ever. MY EGO CONSTANTLY QUESTIONS: WHAT IF? SHOULD I? COULD I?

Question: My ego constantly questions; what if, should I, could I?


GOD: The ego is your illusion, be in present time and hurry for nothing. For nothing that the ego would rush you for has any meaning. Your biggest fear is asking me for what you truly want in case you receive it. Your crazy ego beats you up with the fear that your success will hurt the feelings of another. You are truly not powerful enough to hurt another but your ego would have you believe you are. But you are familiar with hurt feelings thus your ego hires people into your life who look for evidence that others hurt them. This makes them unaccountable for their life and their actions. You must forgive them and move them out of your life, for they seek to drain your energy. Do not judge them, for in that place of judgment you judge only yourself.


Yet still you hurt and still you are afraid. You must ask me to show you that this is not real, forgive your mistake in perception and receive the love that I have for you now. Ask and it is yours. You have been afraid for your entire life, for you have been afraid of life, afraid to live. You were taught that to live = pain, but I say to you, we needed for you to experience this so you could learn the truth, that to die = life. The higher order keeps trying to recalibrate you, but until you let go of your fears and pain you will stay stuck in this place between two worlds.


It is you who are choosing to keep one foot in each of them by allowing your ego to control you through an overactive and hyper-vigilant conscience. You offer help but do not seek it, you offer love but do not expect it. You cannot give what you do not have and you will not have what you will not give. You will have love when you extend love only because you know you ARE love, not because you want to give love. You always ask for too little because you are afraid to step into your worth. You have decided that to rest is to hide and to be safe is to be small – when truly, to rest you need but remember who you are and to be safe is to connect to me.


There is no world, no time that can threaten you in the place that I have created for you. You fear that to step in this spotlight is to have chaos find you, yet to step into this light is to step into me, step into love and step into your real world. I created for you to extend healing therefore I created for you to need healing so you would understand. You have graduated from this school yet still do you sit in the cold, painful classroom waiting for the test to come; the test that you passed such a long time ago.


This course is done – leave the room, thank your teacher and honour the greatness you achieved through learning this.


The wounded healer must be wounded in order to learn healing – yet you persist in identifying with your wound and dismissing your gift. But remember that you are NOT the gift that I have given you, for once you identify with your gift the ego will try to use that to define you. Walk away from that perception as well. Who you think you are has no meaning and no importance. What matters is who I created for you to be and that you continue to seek correction for your vision to be corrected so that you may see this and see only this. We created for you to be Love and nothing else is real.

THE DOCTOR'S NEWS WAS BAD. HOW CAN I CREATE BALANCE?

BSE asks: The doctor’s new was bad. How can I create balance in my body with a serious virus in my liver? What do I need to focus on?

GOD: The most urgent requirement is to accept that the body is only as real as the Mind makes it. This being accepted helps relinquish your fear around the body. It is your greatest test of faith, your most urgent teaching of the truth about you – the real You. What I have created cannot die therefore neither can it be ill. Sickness appears to be in the world, yet it is in the minds of those who fear illness by making the body their salvation. Thus does mankind suffer - but this need not be. Heal your mind, turn your fear over to God, and pray for peace for your mind instead. Does this mean that you should not address the healthy requirements of body? Simply address those needs from a place of power, for it is known that the body can be healed by the power of the mind. See your body’s cries for healing as a cry for love. Maintain my vision for you in your mind – wholeness and healing.


Attachment signifies that the ego is grasping onto something – a pill, a diet, an idol in your ego mind that symbolizes wellness. Surely in this alone can you see the ego in all its cleverness and deceit, for have you not already held the wish for health? Your doctor gave you word of a bad virus in your body yet now this has become evidence for your mind to become sick – sick with worry.


The ego sees your body as its greatest evidence that salvation and healing is not for you. Where is God if the body be ill? If your body is ill, your mind often chooses against God. I do not say, “Don’t respect your body”, only that you do not allow it to control your mind and become the ego’s evidence that God has forsaken you.


Your liver symbolizes your adaptability to the world, your willingness to move through apparent change and is the core of your immune system. This system says, ”Do not attack me with your judgment, for I do not wish to defend an illusion!” If your immune system believes it is under threat, then must it deplete its power in trying to defend against further attack.” Thus do you attack yourself through the shadows that the ego haunts you with. The ego convinces you that to stop fighting = death, to turn to God also means annihilation and that your salvation lies in the death of the body. The ego convinces you that surrendering your health to God - is a trick. But I say, “I have made you perfect, so I see only perfection and love in you. So even if your body does become ill, I only ask that you not judge yourself as being ill.


There is no punishment for leaving me, only a welcome home for your return. The ego strives to convince you otherwise, for this would be its demise. I have created you as perfectly as I created the angels; but your body must be honoured by the laws of the physical plane. This still does not make the body real.


You are a light being. What are the foods of light? These are the best foods for your liver, the blue-green foods and the living juices from them. Remember what your immune system really is. It is that within you which rallies when you perceive attack. The body is a physical manifestation of the mind and the body cannot be ill, unless the mind judges it so. Heal your mind and your body will be able to choose growth instead of fear. Remember that the power I have given your mind is capable of recalibrating your DNA.

IS THERE A PAST LIFE SIGNIFICANCE WITH MY PERSONAL GUIDES?

Trina: “Is there a past life significance with my personal guides?


GOD: Trina, you have recognized this aspect of yourself as the pure-hearted warrior – the truth seeker who backs down to no one. She is the guide who lets you know the right path and the White path and the way to access the images and answers that inspire your path in this life.


You were also a native Indian Medicine Woman with great passion for the earthly plants and herbs and with their assistance and inspiration, you healed many. You chose the lonely way, devoting your life to discovering the hidden gifts of many plants and flowers; how to find them, how to pick them, and how to extract them. You lived alone and did not marry or bare children and thus your tribe accepted you, a woman, in this traditionally male role. You were marked at birth at being the one to carry on this lineage and before dying you taught what you knew to your sister’s son.


You dialogued with the animal spirits and they spoke to you and through you that their teachings and ways be delivered purely to those of your people who had need of their wisdom and their strengths.


Especially close to you were the spirits of the wolf and the black bear. You learned the energy of patience, of loyalty and of honouring the wisdom of Mother Nature’s cycles and her perfect timing for the events in your life. Nature honoured your respect for her by allowing you to call upon the rain, wind and sun in order to create safety and abundance for your people. You could manipulate the weather in times of need for this reason. You learned how to be the man that you were, but inside the body of a woman. It was an unusual custom for your people to hail a woman, as their Medicine Man. The elders were given clear wisdom and spiritual insight as to your true identity, which was that of a long-passed, legendary healer, who would lead your people into a new way of being and a deeper level of healing and awareness.


Your spirit guides would bring forth the energy that you were to draw from in any situation by manifesting a fur pelt in front of your tee pee. You would sit on this pelt and be guided to resolving issues for your people, through the energy of whatever animal had sent its fur to you. In essence, your most grounded guide now, is actually yourself from your past life.


Regarding your guardian angels, the Archangel Gabriel works closely with you and through you. He helps you to be a warrior of the truth and allows you to discern this truth on the physical plane. You are able to affect and bend the strands of those you work on to move negative patterns out of their bodies. Gabriel knows of your gifts of healing and whatever is called upon from you, he will calibrate you for it. These gifts come easily to you – this ability to see, discern and create permanent change in the structural balance of those you work on. Your perceptions and observations will be heeded and your suggestions will be received and acted upon. Do not be afraid to step forward and speak of your recommendations and abilities. My creation needs this now.

WHY DO I GO INTO THE DARKNESS AND SHUT DOWN? IS IT A PAST LIFE OR SOMETHING I HAVE DONE?

Lorelei asks: ”Why is my life such a struggle? Why do I go into the darkness and shut down? Is it past life or something that I have done?”
 GOD: Lorelei, you struggle to find that longed-for elusive place to bring you out of the darkness. Yet you cannot see that your struggling IS your darkness. Does the willow awake one day and noticing the oak tree, begin to cast judgment on itself for not being an oak? Does it struggle to lift its gently weeping branches to be like the oak? Of course not!


It does not focus on the place of “I am not – I have not!” it completely accepts that its life IS to weep. It judges not while it calmly drifts its leaves over the lake and drapes itself over the ground. When we try and we struggle, we are saying questioning the path we are given as not good enough. Where did you learn that life is meant to be a struggle? Where did you learn that life = pain? And why do you judge and resist the place where you find yourself right now?


I see a place in another time, where you are surrounded by a wall. Within, it is bleak with nowhere to rest or hide – nowhere for you to find comfort or escape. You are here because you found your soul mate in a married man who was a powerful political warrior. Through the ages the Goddess has paid the price of man’s transgressions. So you paid dearly. Another Goddess, his wife, betrayed you as an adulteress into the hands of those who wished to destroy you for the healing powers that you were given. Throughout the day people would throw stones down at you and as you became weaker it was harder to avoid them. It hurt to move, it hurt not to move. Your greatest wound was that he broke his promise to come for you, to free you on a night where feasting and celebration would take the villagers’ focus elsewhere.


You waited with feelings of hope and love in spite of the bruising in your body and soul. But as morning dawned you felt heartbroken, for he never came for you. Life had no meaning for you then, your heart felt as heavy as the stones they threw at you and after many days of hopelessness you chose to leave that life. You still carry this karma of hardships, persecution and deep betrayal. He appeared to choose his wife over you – and now you now see loss and betrayal everywhere.


You must now stop sending out messengers who gather evidence of betrayal, for this is finished. What I will tell you now will ease your suffering in this life. The truth is that you were NOT betrayed or forgotten. The night he promised to rescue you he was killed by a power-hungry peer who coveted his position. He planned to come for you and yours was the last name on his lips – a prayer that your death came soon and without suffering. You were loved and not forgotten. Release this sharp piece of glass that you carry in your heart. You know that every time your heart tried to fly it felt pierced by something nameless and ancient that you’ve never understood. But now you do, you know the truth, so be still. Your lessons shape and mould you, please stop struggling against them.


Your depression comes from your frustration in yourself. You could not accept that you were called to learn about pain and betrayal in order to walk the path of The Wounded Healer. Feel gratitude and joy for the sad times that have deepened your heart and soul. Your insane mind seeks to protect you from true intimacy in the belief that love betrays you. You put up a wall against life and then you struggle to break through it. Your lost male beloved is carried within you. You must summon this warrior now as he will show you strength. You now hold the only rocks that are being thrown, for you throw these persecutions at yourself.


If you perceive your life to be a struggle now, then we are asking you to take another look at your life – not a second look but a different look. What extraordinary abilities do you carry? Forgive yourself for making mistakes. Remove the mask of disguise you wear to cloak your greatness in fear that your past life will be repeated. It is repeated only in your fearful mind, thus I ask you to change your mind and so you will receive peace and clarity.


You have these feelings but you are none of them. You are God. You were never lost nor left, but on your healing path. Healers are tried and tested through dark nights of the soul until they break through illusion and find their gift for the world. It would seem at times that the lights have gone out in your life, but this is because this is the gift that must be found in the dark.

Fran - 3 Dominant Soul Types



Fran, you do have a challenging incarnation with your soul types as they all relate to higher plans, integrity, seriousness, self containment, holding the space for a better way. That can be a hard load to carry as while you are young in this life, your soul types are older and carry much of the world’s hope for the future. I hope these give you a better understanding of why are you, and why you feel, the way you do. If you look at the picture of Liv Ullmann, an actress, you will see the look in your own eyes in the photo you sent me.




"WISE OLD MAN"


This terminology is chosen specifically to convey the nature of their beard-stroking wisdom. They are philosophical, far-seeing, broad perspective, deeply comprehending wise man kind of figure relating to wisdom. It is abstract, "deep structure" perceiving, clear-eyed and conceptually understanding. It is the "male tribal elder". This is essence Wisdom, not necessarily this-life experiential wisdom, though that can become involved as well. WISE OLD MAN "soul types" tend to be "spirit specialists", highly oriented to higher principles, to bringing the spirit into the world, to spiritual aspiration, to concepts and ideals of perfection, to intense spiritual atunement. They can be acutely aware of how far things have strayed from the spiritual path.


The WISE OLD MAN’s wisdom is typically left hemisphere-emphasizing analytic, synthetic, verbal/mental while very deep in terms of their comprehending the Cosmic and spiritual deep structural working of things. They are the far-reaching "overviewer", that understands from the mental body's perspective. They are not stuck in their heads, but are wise with profound understanding.


One of the issues for the WISE OLD MAN soul, is that due to human history thus far they tend to become rather pessimistic and despairing about their observations of the whole human condition. They can get stuck in believing they’re not able to make the necessary difference to change things. Because they are not skilled at the operational level like the WARRIOR is, they tend to generate a certain sense of learned helplessness and a rather sombre point of view.


A male example once said, "I don't know what weapons will be used in World War III. But I do know what weapons will be used in World War IV; Clubs." The seriousness and sombreness of the WISE OLD MAN, is not inherent to the "soul type," but their reaction to man’s continual "win-lose" and "lose-lose" situation. As we move through the great barriers we are in at the present, and go into the co-creative relationship with Cosmos in the future, they will become quite cheerful with the new directional trend.


"MONK"


The MONK soul type calls up the concept of constant meditation, contemplation and rumination. They basically think about things—all the time. And they sort of stay out of the fray because they are so busy thinking about things. Then periodically in one form or another, they share what they have been contemplating with the world. They are "mental body" dwellers, and they seek to understand the larger meanings of things, as well as to expand awareness and to inspire higher aspirations in others. They often experience a great deal of grief due to their pain at what they witness of the human condition, and due to the pain that accompanies their having commerce with the world.


The key to their ‘beingness’ is that they spend a lot of time in solitary contemplation. They frequently find themselves hurt and repulsed by society at large and by other people, and they prefer strongly to minimize involvement with the world around them. Yet at the same time, they are compelled to activate contact with the Cosmos in others somehow or other. So they have an ambivalent relationship with the environment, to say the least. They want to influence, inspire and elevate, while at the same time wanting to withdraw and to reject contact. However, there is another, more specifically focused version of the MONK, namely the "spiritual specialist." These individuals actually do end up in monasteries and convents at times. Or they will be a -mendicant" in India, wandering around with a begging bowl. They spend all their time in meditative activity of the spiritual type, with or without conscious contact with the -Home Office." The guru in the Himalayas or the Tibetan Lama are typical "spiritual specialist" type MONKs. Nevertheless, all MONKs are in one way or another higher plane-oriented, and all seek to activate inspiration and elevation of conceptualization. And in that way, these are rather more representative figures to portray the characteristics of the MONK "soul type" than would be, say an old or transcendent soul mystic. The latter do exist and make major contributions. But most MONKs are more involved in the mundane world than that.


"TEACHER"


The TEACHER is rarely somebody who gets up in front of groups and gets chalk on their coat, so to speak. That's not what a TEACHER is. A TEACHER is somebody who demonstrates how to be—they teach by BEING. They can't help but educate and elevate with their very ‘beingness’. So they basically live their life and leave a trail of transformed people behind them, like a "Johnny


Appleseed." There is something about them that inspires us to change for the better or to absorb what it is they bring. When they are younger souls, they inspire those at their soul level or younger. When they are older souls, they live well and inspire all the rest of us to do likewise. In effect, they translate all of their soul experience and life wisdom into a manner of manifestation that has the effect of sharing what they have learned from it all. They tend to come from a "wiser but sadder" orientation, at least in this "veil of tears" as it has been.


They are information-disseminators, awareness-generators, consciousness-expanders and manifestation-enhancers who may or may not be aware of this and who may or may not get up in front of people and formally teach. They more typically do it by example, by setting it up so that people learn from circumstances, through writing or creative works, through leaving a legend of a life or whatever. TEACHERs, like SHAMANs, take on many forms and teach many different things and in different ways. They perform, they excel with excellence, they mentor, they inspire, they produce admirable things, and in general, they exemplify how to do things right in whatever their field of work and in whatever manner they live. We all know of people who, for instance, are renowned for their gruff ways, yet whom everyone admires and unconsciously emulates. This is the way the TEACHER "soul type" works. There is a type of TEACHER called the "challenger." This is the type of person who seems to be constantly in mild disdain for other people's manifestation, but who somehow conveys that if you just try hard enough, you might get some recognition from this "very hard audience", so to speak. So people get challenged to try and when they bring the results of their efforts, the TEACHER will give justified recognition, validation and appreciation, and they will also see to it that others are made aware of the achievement.


Then they suddenly revert to form, in effect saying nonverbally or verbally, . . But I'll bet you can't do THIS or go beyond this . . ." To which the individual responds with a massive motivation to prove they can. This is the "challenger" type TEACHER in action. They pull the best out of people.

I'M TIRED OF LIFE SEEMING HARD AND JUST WANT TO SAY, "TO HELL WITH IT."

Wendy: I'm tired of life seeming hard and just want to say, “To hell with it.”


GOD: You are tired because you want to go home and your ego does not wish you to see that you ARE home and have always been home. Your soul still lies in its place of refuge but because your body is in pain, you split in two. I could say that pain is your greatest teacher but you already know that. You know that you have pain but have not chosen to stare down the author of your pain and rewrite the script.


It is a biography and the author was your ego and your father was cast as the lead. You have accepted his pain and his story as YOUR OWN – not seeing that it was merely the chronicled events of a soul in need of healing. You were born into this story and saw it as real. I ask you now to be the director who sees through the family conditioning and suggests a new ending for this script – a beautiful and sacred ending for a beautiful and sacred woman. You have fought bravely for your salvation for you could not see through the chaos of your military imprinting and observe that LIFE was really not the enemy for you to hold in fear, but be the gift that you were asked to open. Your battle is a myth, your enemy yourself.


All women must discard the pain of their fathers, for they only become self-torture. But they will teach you where not to tread and how to be more sensitive to the feelings of others.


How desperately the world needs the woman’s healing touch! Your home is gone, your God self ran away when your moved in. The stillness has always been with you. Like Dorothy in the Land of Oz, it has always been the playground of your magical mind, your innocent mind. Sad is the woman who makes real the arrows that pierce through her heart. For if made real, they poison the life in her veins and imprison her. He destroyed you in a past life; do not let it continue any further in this lifetime, as it affects your health. This lifetime is your time. You’ll make it through much because you’ve made it through much already.


You are learning to see that you can’t GET love from people but I give it freely through trees, moonbeams, sunbeams and my spirit which wells up constantly from within you from a precious place. It is the fathomless core that your ancient knowledge springs from and if you wish to take yourself on the shaman’s journey we will reveal more of your magical powers to you. Take heed to use them well, as they reflect the lamb and the sword. Do not be afraid to speak forth, but wait for your lips to speak only my words, the words of the Holy Spirit. Listen to my voice, cast off the illusions of the parent who was a test of your will and courage. You did well, but you were not meant to carry this. Notice how your fearful mind that does not trust bliss, seeks to seduce you again with “his” lies. Cast them down from your palace walls and banish them.


Live your own story. You are a gifted and innocent child who gave her power over to the father that you thought hurt you. Bury these harsh lessons in the deepest place and lift the lid no more. It was all a test and it is long finished. We urgently request you – take up your bed and walk, surrender every fibre of your being to me and live your own story, the story I would script for you, for it is the truth.
